Value Proposition
CRM, in most cases provides their clients cost reduction services on a contingincy basis, in otherwords our clients only pay for tangible results, no results, no fees, that’s our service guarantee. Fees are billed in arrears, so in most cases our fees are deducted from previous month’s savings and or cost reductions we have delivered to our clients, and our billing is mostly based on actual cost reductions in arrears, not future estimates or projections which require constant reconcilliations eductions
True Hard Dollar Savings
CRM only applies hard dollar savings and such fees on a “like for like basis”, in otherwords savings and fees are not claimed where a product has been substituted for an inferiror brand or product, and or service, or where CRM has introduced a process efficiency resulting in non tangible savings, at mimumum it is “like for like” otherwise it is not a true saving.
Flexible Fee and Service Packages
In most cases the CRM fees are only billed over the first 12 months of the actual savings made in arrears, not the full 18 or 24 months of the supplier contract; after the clients business has achieved or obtained their savings. Our fees are negotiable and will vary depending on the expenditure on the products or service category under review, and of course the number of projects we undertake for each client.
Billing is in arrears and only commences after the first months transition and new invoicing is received from a supplier and you have your savings technically in hand. This in most cases allows our fee to be offset against the actual savings made for the client. Not only is the client obtaining the most competitive price at the time revised arrangements are put in place, your savings are accelerate due to the CRM flexible billing structure.
